All withdrawals take up to a maximum of one working day to be processed from Equiti's side.
If you submitted a withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirmation that your request is being processed.
Ensure you have entered the right details while making the withdrawal; if you enter incorrect information, your withdrawal might be rejected.
Ensure you are making your withdrawal to the funding source as in accordance with our policy we only process withdrawals to the funding source.
If you received an email confirmation that your withdrawal has been processed, please take notice of the below:
- Card withdrawals may take a maximum period of (3 -15) working days to reach the beneficiary.
- Bank Withdrawals may take a maximum period of (1-5) working days to reach the beneficiary.
