Equiti Trader uses the same credentials you use to log into the Equiti portal. Changing or resetting your mobile app password can be done from two places:
- From the Login screen:
- Tap the Forgot password? button.
- Enter your account email on the Reset your password screen.
- Verify your account by tapping the Reset Password button.
- Check your email for instructions to reset your password.
- From the Account Screen:
- Navigate to the Account Screen.
- Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
- Tap on the Change password option.
- Enter your current and new passwords, and confirm your new password.
- Save the changes.
Note: Changing the password can also be done from the Equiti portal by navigating to the account settings and clicking the password's Change button.
